By downloading, installing, and using the Floral AI application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App.

Floral AI ("Company") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you discover unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscription Terms

The App offers optional auto-renewable subscription plans:

Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's App Store settings.

5. Credits and Purchases

Users can purchase credits to generate images. One credit equals one image generation. Credits expire 90 days after purchase. The Company is not responsible for expired or lost credits.

All sales are final. Refunds are handled through your device's App Store according to their refund policies.

6. Free Trial Credits

New users receive 3 free credits upon account creation. These credits must be used within the app and cannot be transferred or refunded. Free credits do not carry over between subscription periods.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content within the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Floral AI or its content suppliers. Generated images created by the App based on user-provided descriptions are for personal use only.

8. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any arrangements and descriptions you create. By using the App, you grant Floral AI a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your feedback and suggestions for improving the App.

9. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services for image generation and payment processing. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services' availability or reliability.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLORAL AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

Floral AI reserves the right to terminate your access to the App at any time and for any reason, without notice or liability, if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in prohibited conduct.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Floral AI operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
